They had some issues figuring out my air conditioning problems but kept after it and treated me so well. They got it figured out and it is great! Then I had some damage done to my Lincoln and they did a marvelous job and quick on the body work and paint...one more thing I picked up my car with air issues and my front end was acting strangely. Dave took time to check it out, take is some place to be looked at and the issues was fixed. This was not anything he needed to be concerned about but he was and he went way beyond what he needed to to make sure my car was safe. Great people!

My insurance suggested I send my vehicle here after it was damaged in an accident. They were very good at communicating with me. I knew approximately how long it would take to get my car fixed and I would receive random texts telling me that my repair was on schedule. I would definitely recommend them for your car needs.

Called Thrones after my Kia broke down 18 minutes from Toledo, Ohio (I was coming from Michigan). Had trouble finding a company who would help until Rick called me back from Thrones Towing. He was super helpful and knowledgeable and went out of his way to get my car to the shop and also gave a little insight as to what the issue may be. He was very understanding and flexible when it came to my issue and even met my sister to get my key. I had a great experience with Rick and definitely recommend him for any towing needs!!

I really appreciate the towing job that Anthony gave me he showed concern about my well-being when he got to me to tow the car, and very nice thoughtful considerate man and I really appreciate it and very grateful for the towing experience that I received!

I've taken my GMC Terrain here after the tornado for repairs and they did an AMAZING job, so I had another car problem and I took it in spur of the moment Tuesday and just picked it back up today and it's another job well done. Very knowledgeable and friendly crew! Highly recommend them and they will always be my go to shop!

They did exactly what they said. The driver gave an honest answer on timing and set accurate expectations, which I appreciate. He told me he had 2 jobs ahead of me and would be 2 hours. I accepted that because he was transparent and he was 2 hours like he said. The driver was great. The dispatcher was overwhelmed with work, and you could tell because she wasn't communicating very effectively. She was stressed out because she was overwhelmed with calls, but damn, she didn't have to be so rude. The driver redeemed the nasty dispatcher. Thank you to the driver.

I have had the pleasure of using Throne’s for over 30 years. Every time I have had to call them, Dave and his crew go above and beyond expectations. This last time when I had a starter go out, they picked up, fixed, then delivered my car back to my driveway all while I slept, as I’m a graveyard shifter. They have always treated me with the utmost respect and it’s been such a relief to be able to trust both their word as well as their work!

Towed and replaced coil packs and plugs on same day. And we were able to travel out of state the next day as planned. Very helpful and recommended!
